Built this in Fusion for a wear test of ABS gears for an extruder I'm wanting to make. Uses a 0.009inch backlash on the gears so they mesh nicely. Since making my initial print I increased the center hole size for more stability (especially with PLA). They turn very nicely and are quite easy to print (no supports or rafts needed). I have included different versions, one that has a tighter fit, one that fits looser and one that has a handle for the gears. If you want longevity out of them printing in a stronger material like ABS or Nylon works great, however a dab of oil can help prolong the life of them if printing in PLA.
