RatRig V-Core 3 3030 Wiring Ducts

These wire ducts are designed to attach to the 3030 extrusion at the bottom of the electronics portion of the RatRig V-Core 3. There are 4 different lengths of ducts depending on the size of the V-Core (200mm, 300mm, 400mm, 500mm). They are sized so that two complete wire ducts will fit across the bottom with clearance on either end.

Hardware Required:

6 x M6x12 SHCS

6 x M6 3030 Drop In Nuts

Print BOM:

Choose based on your printer size!

2 x 300 Wiring Duct Top

2 x 300 Wiring Duct Bottom

Print Parameters:

Material: PLA, PETG, ABS, etc.

Recommended Settings: 0.4 mm Nozzle, 0.2 mm Slice Height, 3 Bottom, Top and External Perimeters, 15% or greater infill.

Secondary Settings: 0.6 mm Nozzle, 0.3 mm Slice Height, 3 Bottom, Top, and External Perimeters, 15% or greater infill.

I have successfully printed these files using both of the recommended settings.

Supports: None

If you print in the below orientation there should be no need for supports.
