One of my server cases (Chenbro RM42300 and RM41416) was missing the handles on the front. The respective L-brackets on the side were still mounted to the case. You can probably fit those handles to other Chenbro cases, too.
To assemble, you will need two M6 threaded inserts and screws (M6x16, countersunk, e.g. DIN 965) and some M6 threaded inserts.
In my first test print, the holes were a tiny bit too close together. For a scaling test, you could print just a small part of the mounting holes together with a small bridge you made in the slicer (see picture). The final file should fit accordingly.
The final part can be printed laying on its side. Add a few perimeters for enhanced strength. I used Prusament PETG jet black with five perimeters.
Please make sure you print the test print beforehand and scale accordingly! With my then limited skills in the CAD software I had no idea of parametric designs etc :/
