This is a modified version of the PETG tourniquet. The Body has been tuned and tested and adjusted to work with OBC. Body will likely also work with some TPUs and polypropylenes of the same or similar shore hardness. More testing is required.

 

Warning: flexible filament must be used for the body of the tourniquet to avoid fracturing and or splintering when stress is applied in use.

Length: 39"-40" increase length if required

Width: 1"

 

Velcro dementions

Length: 5" for one sided (2 lengths cut requiring overlap on bottom), 

                 8" or 20cm two sided (1 length cut) Recommended

Differences of the remix compared to the original

  1. Body is optimized for printing in OBC, Olefin Block Copolymer, and other flexible filaments of similar flexibility and shore hardness.
  2. Friction teeth have been accentuated on buckle.
  3. Windlass now reads time in Ukrainian.
  4. All parts have been resized to work with 1" width strap, or webbing, reducing tourniquet  size and weight.
