Tripod Phone Mount - Multiple Versions

Let's be real, a DSLR isn't in everyone's price range. With advancements in technology, modern cell phones can produce images that you would be hard pressed to find any flaws with. So why not use a tripod?

Simple mounting system that should support a wide variety of phones with or without cases. I could only test it with what I had laying around the house but I tried to leave plenty of room for adjustment. 

I added a little bit of adhesive foam to the parts that make contact with my phone just for a soft contact point. The foam also keeps the phone snug in place with less pressure, reducing the likelihood over overtightening the screw and snapping it. The foam I've been using is 2mm thick and comes in a 9"x12" sheet. Tested at 0.15 and 0.2 layer height. No supports needed for any of the models! Ideally you would want to print the screw at 100% infill as it will be under the most stress.

Currently set up as a horizontal mount but………stay tuned! Vertical adapter is in the works, should only be a day or 2 before I have it added.

06/23 - Vertical adapter is currently printing. Will test it tonight and if all works out I'll have it loaded up on here tomorrow!

06/24 - Vertical Mount Added!!!! The bar of the screw should just snap into place.

06/25 - Version 2 of the vertical mount coming soon. This version will add space for a charging cable.

07/03 - Slim version in the works. 

07/13 - Slim Mounts Added! New Horizontal and Vertical slim mounts uploaded. Significant reduction in material and print time. Still working on a slim charging mount.

12/29 - XL Lock Screw Added. Supports 85mm-95mm
