Simple TPU Flexible Hinge Version 4!!! Flexible Children's Glasses (Field Tested by Rough and Tumble 11 Year Old!!)

Just an attempt to repair some flexible children's glasses Tested in TPU but PETG may work in a pinch

Hello,
could you please describe the application in more details? I assume that you warm that thibng a then glue to the glasses frame, correct? What material is best?

@Radek This part is printed in TPU. The "mouse ears" are cut off after removing from the bed. They are added to give strength to the part when removing it from the bed. Once removed from the bed, the stresses on the part are much lower so they are not needed.

I have updated this a bit to allow are a larger surface area for the hinge, as well as changed the way I glue the part to allow for greater flexibility.
