Foam Drone Gate Ladder (Approx 11$)

A simple and inexpensive FPV Drone gate ladder!!!

Materials: 

Foam Board (22x28) $1.62 - tinyurl.com/3duv9jch

Craft Glue (E6000 or similar) $3.18 - tinyurl.com/3duv9jch

Exacto Blade or another suitable utility knife

Filament (PLA suitable for indoor use, use PETG/ABS for outdoor gates)

Parts

2 Inch Cutting Jig - Use this to cut the foam board along the shortest edge to create 14 strips. This is enough material for 3 gates and 2 extra pieces for mistakes. 

45 Degree Cutting  Jig - Use this to cut the foam board at 45 degr45-degree angles for insertion into corner brackets.  

Air Gate Corner Bracket - Print 8 per gate. 

Wall Mount - Print two. 

Gate Linking Bracket - 2 per individual gate

Assembly

Use high adhesive craft glue to align cut pieces at 45-degree angles and secure them within the corner brackets.
