This 3D printable object was designed for my Ryobi Band Saw with two goals in mind:

  1. Make a thicker insert so that it sits flush with the aluminium table. The stock insert sits about 1mm below the table surface so cutting small items often results in cuts that are not 90 degrees because they tilt when dropping into the recessed table insert area.
  2. Make the hole that the blade passes through narrower so that smaller pieces don't fall between the blade and insert.
