Vtech Remote Racer Smart Car drive gear, Model:1264

Drive/transmission gear for a Vtech Remote Racer gearbox.

The original was some soft plastic that quickly wore out, unlike the other similarly sized nylon gears that are also in the gearbox.

The new PLA gear works well but is noisier, so it sound a bit more race car like :)

Anyhow, the piece has 2 gears in one piece. Here are the specs for the gears.

Large gear

26 teeth, 2.5mm hole diameter, 1.75mm wide, 14mm total diameter, 13mm reference dia.

Small gear

10 teeth, 2.5mm hold diameter, 3mm wide, 6.8mm total dia, 5.5mm ref dia.

I've included 2 STL's depending on how your printer prints. My Ender 3 was making the inner shaft too tight, so I had to drill it out.
