Bosch Toy Set Screwdriver Handle Improved

I printed off the screwdriver handle by GrodanB in PLA and the retaining tabs immediately broke off when I tried to mount the plastic bit. It might work with another material like ABS, but PLA is all I had at the moment.

There's a weak point here because it was printed standing up (most efficient way to print) but the layers on the small piece are weak. It could be stronger if it was printed on its side but you'd need lots of supports and the piece wouldn't look as nice.

Anyhow, I added some support for the retaining tabs and make the nubs a bit smaller so it could slip on/off easier for kids. On one print, I even cut off the nubs and still held in place well.

I also added a chamfer to the bottom for better comfort and created another model with a smaller diameter handle for smaller hands.
