Ender 5 Plus stock screen relocator

This is to relocate the stock touch screen on the Ender 5 Plus.

I relocated my electronics to a back plate and thus had to make a separate mount for the screen as i removed the original electronics casing.

screws together with M3 screws and a single M5 with t-nut to mount to the frame.
