Voron 2.4 - Top mount single / dual spool holder

Summary

A top mount spool holder for the Voron 2.4. The standard Voron spool holder mounts to the back of the printer and is difficult to use/reach where my printer is located. I designed this top mounted holder to make it easier to change filaments.

There are two versions of the spool holder, a single and a dual spool holder. I made the single holder first and later created the dual to make it even easier to change filaments. Both holders use a Teflon tube as the bearing surface.....this is the same as the original Voron design, it works great.
