For this I was inspired by the colorful adobe and stucco houses in my neighborhood in Southern AZ.
I made 3 slightly different house models and some variations on the doors and windows, so if you want to make a whole colorful cactus village you can have some variety aside from the colors. Simply glue on the doors, windows, beams and other parts.
The planter files are sized for 7cm x 7cm x8cm nursery planters, because re-potting a cactus is not fun. If you want to resize for bigger pots, the walls are about 9% of the total width.
I printed the house with a .8mm nozzle, then the glued-on parts with a .4mm nozzle at .12mm layer height. If you don't have a bunch of colorful filaments the modular nature of this makes parts easy to paint.
UPDATE: I'm now selling an improved version of these planters on Etsy. Find them at PlantCasitas.etsy.com
