Store 24 SD cards in a rotary holder in the style of the Rolodex, making finding the SD card you're looking for a delight instead of a hassle. This holder allows you to see the labels on each SD card without having to remove them from a holder that hides the labels (like most SD card holders do!). Cards are held securely, but are very easy to remove and replace. See quick video demo at https://youtu.be/8AHcSzUVlNk

Print all parts except card holders in 0.2mm layers. Print card holders in 0.15mm layers. PETG is preferred. No supports on any parts.
The two .gcode files provided print all the parts in PETG, with all parts printed at 0.2mm layer height and the 24 card holder parts at 0.15mm layer height, sliced for a MK3S with an MMU2S.
The screws can be used to self-tap into the provided holes, but you may want to use a tap to start a few threads in each hole.
Print two each of:
frameside.stl
rollerside.stl
Print 1 each of:
hub.stl
framebase.stl
Print 24 each:
cardholder.stl
--or--
The file "cardholderx24.stl" has 24 card holders in one print. Your print bed will need to be level and clean, and your Z height set properly in order to print this file successfully.
It is safer to print smaller numbers of cardholders in one go.
If you want to print fewer than 24 cardholders at once, or use multiple colors for the card holders, bring the cardholder.stl file into your slicer and duplicate to make, for example, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8 or 12 cardholders in one print. Print 2 at a time to make 12 different colors. Print 3 at a time in 8 different colors. Print 4 at a time in 6 different colors. Print 6 at a time in 4 different colors. Print 8 at a time in 3 different colors. Print 12 at a time to make 2 different colors.
