UPDATE: @Martin did a much better Job on this !!!

If you want to attach the OLED Display with the display case from @wschadow (caribou3d)
https://github.com/Caribou3d/CaribouCartesian/tree/master/STL/01_full-kits/Frame/Einsy/OLED
or my Remix of that case with the Prusa Logo instead of the Caribou Logo
https://www.printables.com/de/model/222132-oled-105-cover-caribou-for-original-mk3s-remix
to an ordinary MK3s you need some different mounting brackets, since the design from @wschadow will only fit to a caribou- and/or probably bear upgrade front (extrusion and not that flat front plate of the original MK3s).
So I modified the brackets in PrusaSlicer (this is getting more and more powerful).
I removed the splints that fit into the extrusion parts, put 4 M3 screw holes in it (only 2 are actually necessary), and some slide in holes for 4 square nuts. Since the screw holes are threaded, you can try your luck without square nuts inserted ( your printer should be calibrated quite accurate)
You need to have:
2 x M3x8
2 x thin square nuts
My remix has got two mounting holes, YOU ONLY NEED THE UPPER ONE, otherwise the bed will crash into the display.
So, put the square nut in the upper side hole and use a small screwdriver to press it in the whole way.
Attach the upper hole of the bracket with one of the screws to the lower mounting hole of the front frame.
Print instructions:
I used 0.2 LH and 3 Perimeters and 35% gyroid Infill on a satin sheet with Prusament PetG
It fits perfectly for me (but very tight)…..and now the OLED really looks great.
