Modification of the published Revo Voron hotend to fit Revo Micro.

Description
PDFThe published Revo Voron hotend holder was remixed very simply in FreeCAD. Portions were cut out to make room for the Micro and small protrusion was added to adjust the height of the nozzle to match.
The second model is a simple tool for hand-tightening the nut that holds the hotend in place. So far this seems like it is enough (after just a few hours of printing).
