HINGE DRILL JIG

I was not satisfied using a Chinese made jig for drilling door hinges (35mm diameter holes) due to the size and options I don't need. Keeping its principle I change it to accommodate needs of an average woodworking enthusiastic.

Printed using PRUSA MK3s, PLA material.

The FORSTNER HOLDER must use support (in PRUSA- Chose "Support on build plate only")
All other parts - No supports are required.
Print all parts in 0.15mm Speed type and 20% infill.
Chose your own required Stopper size (you need to print two of the same size) this will determine the distance between the tangent of the drill circle and the edge of the door.

I did not find any use for drilling the reinforcement holes for the hinge because each manufacturer has different dimensions and these holes can simply be drilled through the existing holes in the hinge.
