Perfect fit, and nice and compact. I love the different options too. Thanks for this add.

@webguyatwork Thanks! I'm glad you liked it and that it turned out so well!

Hey I am finding an issue with the top. It seems my D1's cases are not snapping 100%. I found that the corner where the switch is needs to be removed. The lip is not shallow enough and presses on switch. Has anyone came across this? Other than that great fit. (edited)

@JZIoT I don't have an exact recommendation for ESP32 D1 Minis--to be honest it's an oft-cloned product that in my experience hasn't really mattered when it comes to the dimensions of this case and their fitment. I've bought at least 5-6 different ESP32 D1 Minis and every different one has worked with these cases.

I'm mostly curious to see what (if any) difference there might be with all the various different ESP32 D1 Minis that I've used and that many other folks have used without similar issues.

@briancmoses ok worth a shot, lol
Yeah not sure why that version I have won't snap 100%.. it's like 98% but enough to come loose and off. When I trimmed it's fine. printed 2 with same results. I'd say that switch area really isn't even needed, but that's me.
Could be the mfg of PCB change tolerances a red head hair.. haha

Thickened the bottom as well as increased the overall height to then add some standoffs to the inside to make some room for wiring under the board. The bottoms extra thickness allowed me to recess some magnets and I then printed the standard horizontal slotted top. Really useful model. Thanks! (edited)

@TankerTech This looks fantastic! I love that you've put some magnets into your case!

Thank you! I used your model along with the remix that allows GPIO pin access, and it's perfect!

@SkywaveLincoln_63626 They look great! I like how that remix turned out!

Quick and easy. Fits great. Thank you!

Nice simple print. Thanks

@Bri0nac Your print turned out great, I'm glad you like it!

Great little case and a quick print - thanks for uploading.
