Golf Cart Cooler Mount

This is a custom cooler mount for an E-Z-Go RXV Golf Cart that has the custom 2nd bench seat add-on. When adding the back seat, the supplied E-Z-Go Cooler no longer fits. This design clamps on a side bar. It mounts with four ¼-20 x 2.5" long bolts. A couple of notes about the design:

1. I did not print the hex head pockets in the plate because I wanted to use washers under the hex heads for additional strength.
2. I used ¼-20 Nyloc Nuts to ensure everything stayed tight as the cart bounces around.
3. I added some thin pockets on the inside of the plate for strength. They don't show in the final prints because I made them pockets 0.03" above the bottom surface and 0.03" below the top surface. You can see them when you slice the plate.
4. Print settings:
   1. PETG (for outdoor use)
   2. 4 perimeters (for strength)
   3. 30% Gyroid Infill
   4. Supports on (for the bolt pockets).
5. I also printed it with Variable Heights enabled for the slight horizontal taper in the Plate. I set it to 0.1mm for the taper area and 0.2mm for the balance of the part.
