A rack shelf for your QNAP switch. I hesitate to call this a "rack mount" because it's just a shelf - not a hard mount. But it works more than well enough for me. Pictured mounted on my LACKRACK.
Also holds the power brick and has a couple cable guides for data cabling.

~1 year update: The ears started cracking. Make sure you use a good quality plastic and have fairly high infill for the ears. If I were to print this again I'd use PETG instead of PLA.
!!IMPORTANT!!
Leave a couple centimeters above the switch for airflow! The switch needs plenty of airflow to cool, and it isn't designed to be hard up against other rack mount equipment. I left about a half-unit space above.
