E3Dv6 40mm Fan Duct Mod for Titan i3Mk2 upgrade

This remix is meant to mount a 40mm fan for E3D v6 cooling on the Titan I3 Mk2 upgrade thing http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2065461.

This mount is great but the use of 30mm is alway very noisy.

I just stretched the duct to be able to clips it on the E3D v6, passing through the entry left by the mount and the nozzle ducts.

I also add the 123d source for this mod, if you need to modify it.
