Accurate drilling centre mark tool for pipes.

For Example marking several T-joints that are needed to be in same "line".

You can put level on it and hit punch with hammer when level. I made 8 corner hole for punch and if you will 3D print it make sure that the hole inside diameter is 10mm. (That's my punch tool diameter) The punch will fit perfectly and it stays in it's place even upside down. For level you could hotglue or something a metal plate so magnetic level will stay in it's place.

I have also a model from this where you can insert a geometric “chart/table” in it. But I'm still working it. I'm sorry I don't know whats the right word for this but here's a pic.

I used just 20% infill for my first trys and checking if the punch tool hole is correct. But after few adjustments with Cura I was happy about the outcome. I made this tool in pics with 80% infill so it won't break so easy. Had to correct Hole horizontal expansion by 0.55 But give it a try and see what comes out.

  • Sliced by Cura
  • Layer height 0.2
  • Infill 80% for strenght
  • Used support structure Normal
  • Used support placement Everywhere
  • Build plate adhesion Skirt
  • With my settings E3 v2 it took about 21 hours to print

Comments welcome and happy printing. Be gentle…my first model in here..
