This setup fixed all the issues I was having with the printer. Thank you so much!

I made some changes and I adapted it to my Ender 3
Nice and fast to print

Almost perfect version, thank you.
I made minor changes for my direct drive and 450c (large) heater block upgrades. I also added few shapes to the heatbreak duct to get rid of ziptie. If someone has same upgrades and want to use this awesome enclosure, let me know.

This came out great! At first I wasn't sure if my mount was low enough (it's adjusted as low as it will go) but my prints are coming out great.

There were some minor differences from the instructions on my recently purchased Ender 3 V2 and some tweaks I made so here they are:

1) I drilled out a small chamfer/countersink for the two screws that attach the BLTouch to the bracket so they would sit flush (maybe this could be built-in to the model)

2) While attaching the mount to the carriage the left most screw needed to be M3 x 6mm to not hit the back.

3) Additionally the center most hole on the carriage was not tapped with threads so I used a M3 x 10mm and a nylock nut. (edited)

@RolandDeschain Awesome! glad you like it... I have also been experimenting using two 12v blower fans instead of the 24v fans. It "overdrives" them a bit and there life expectancy is probably decreased, but if you need A LOT of cooling, it can make a difference.

@cdsmakestuff finally got a chance to install this and love it! I updated my original post with a suggestion and some differences I ran into with my particular printer.

Dual Cooling Fan Upgrade v2 by cdsmakestuff. This has just about everything you'd need in a cooling assembly. I'm enjoying this build a lot.

Is there a version available that supports the Microswiss hotend?
