This is a remix of the case from Thing 3996613 by dimock. With the exception of the battery, I used the components listed in dimock's description. I also do not use the optional push button listed there. Instead, I make use of the button on the TPL5111 breakout board.

The battery I used is Polymer Lithium Ion Battery - 1000mAh. Unfortunately this is now unavailable, but Lithium Ion Battery - 1250mAh should also fit this design as currently posted.

All the parameters and dimensions used in the design are in the spreadsheet embedded in the FreeCAD file (Waveshare_7_5_T7_r5.FCStd). I'm sorry, but my naming conventions are not always intuitive or consistent. I'm still learning how to do this stuff.

The screw holes are sized M2x6 screws.

The LEDs on the various modules are visible through the ePaper display, but, if you are using the TPL5111 circuit they will only be lit while the display is updating. Otherwise, a sheet of heavy paper behind the display should be sufficient to obscure them. The small hole in the bezel is to expose the TPL5111 LED.

It may be useful to put a thin piece of soft foam or padding between the ESP32 Driver Board and the ePaper display if the friction fit is not sufficient to hold it in place.
