Otter license plate frame

My girlfriend loves otters and her car. So for her 48th birthday I decided to make her a custom plate frame. It turned out so nice I decided to share it with everyone here! I used my new airbrush kit and paints to make it look good and followed that up with 4 coats of clear coat.  I hope you enjoy!
