polemaster adapter for Heq5, Orion Sirius EQG, ...

I have made an adapter for the polemaster for my Orion Sirius EQ-G equatorial mount. 

There are 2 version of this adapter:

First iteration :

It plug on the red ring of the polemaster 

Second iteration :

The second version is a socket for the polamaster

The two versions must be print with TPU95 Filament and you must activate support
