Customized Sanding Sticks with Labels

Customized version of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2404850, with added labels on top, to show the grit of sandpaper used. They go from 80 to 3000. If your sandpaper is a different grit, there's a blank top template provided. With the new Add Text option in Prusaslicer 2.6 it's easier than ever to add your own labels.

Also check out Rob5251's remix of the screws to make them larger and easier to handle. Nice idea, no need for me to “sherlock” it.

Print instructions

For each stick, you'll need to print a bottom part, a pair of screws, and a top part. Print with 0.3 or 0.2 mm layer height, 15% infill, no supports.

For colored labels, add a color change in PrusaSlicer at 5.8 mm if you're using 0.2mm layer height, or 5.9mm for 0.3mm layer height.
