This is a remix of the classic TUSH.
With the following changes:
· Downscaled, allowing 120x120mm machine (e.g. Voron 0.1) to print.
· Adjustable and lockable rails.
Assembly:
· Four M3×5 or M3×6 screws and nuts.
· Four M3 screws with appropriate length to secure the rail to a base surface.
· 608 bearing usually will stay on the shaft by friction, in case any bearing falls off, print the BearingCap and attach it to the shaft with adhesive.
· M3 heat-set inserts and M3 screws can be added to the shaft to increase the strength, but are not considered necessary after testing.
The intention of this remix was as a component for another thing I am working on since I needed a compact and sturdy holder.
The design itself met my expectations, but I had some thermal issues while using it in a high temperature environment, so this design was not adopted in the end.
Considering the versatility of this design, I think it still has practical value.
