Kraftwagen Setup Tiles and Sleeved Cards Organizer

This is a remix of Stefan's design (https://www.printables.com/model/73197-kraftwagen-inlayorganizer) with a slightly larger space for sleeved cards. This will fit the Sleeve Kings Mini Euro (45 x 68mm) sleeves with about ~1-2mm clearance on the sides.

Updated v2 on 16 Jun 2022: Increased depth of card space for sleeved cards (I didn't have all the cards sleeved/measured in the previous version)
