Mason Jar Lid- Breakfast Series

This is a design I have been working on that uses a standard wide mouth mason jars to create great looking food and beverage storage for your kitchen or pantry. I have also included files for the following breakfast theme items: Tea, Sugar and Oats.

I used wood filament for this and then finished it by sanding, staining and clear-coating the lid. I would love to see other people trying out other filaments and colors. Having the black paint in the relief of the lettering really helps the words to be clearly visible.

Notes:

If you are going to print this in Wood PLA and then sand it to finish I would recommend at least 1mm wall and bottom/top thickness so you have some material to spare after sanding.

Assembly

The easiest way to attach the printed lid cover to the lid is to screw the metal mason jar lid to the jar and then put a small amount of hot glue inside the part. Press onto the metal lid with the lettering facing the front of the jar.
