A mounting bracket to mount my ADSB antenna between my blinds and the window, attached upside down to the blind top box frame while managing and covering up the antenna to SDR cable.

It's a bracket to hold the antenna between the window and blinds. I don't know the brand of blinds, but it has a 1.5" by 2.5" (approx) box frame to hold the blind mechanicals. This bracket slides onto the box section and doesn't affect the blinds operation. It gives the ADSB antenna a secure home, as close to the window as the antenna base shape allows. It is mounted upside down but ADSB reception and detection seem to still work fine. I've had this in place for several years with good results.
