Dual Cooling Fan Upgrade with BLtouch Mount

Why another? Well I tried a lot of different existing designs and just wasn't happy with any of them. I wanted simple, lightweight, used as many existing parts as possible, easy access to the nozzle as well as being able to actually see the nozzle while printing. 

My single fan mod for the CE3/Pro has been fairly popular and this is the ultimate printhead cooling progression of that idea.

Only 4 parts to print that should take roughly 4-5 hrs. (depending on your printer)

Please read through the BOM and Assembly guide before you start to get an idea of what this mod / upgrade involves and what parts you'll need.

Print settings: (with a standard 0.4mm nozzle)

• 0.2 Layer height
• 4 walls (because certain part areas are better solid)
• 5 top / bottom layers
• 15% gyroid infill
• PLA+ but could also use PETG - This model does not have any compensation for ABS shrinkage, if you need higher temp I would try ASA since it has much less shrinkage.

The major goals were:

1. To have this as easy to print as possible - No ridiculous overhangs, long bridging spans or even supports.
2. Lightweight - so many of the designs out there look like you have boat anchor strapped to the gantry… and why these big huge fans, unless you're printing at some crazy fast speeds, just why?
3. Easy to assemble and maintain - I tried the one “system” that is very popular (that partially sits behind a paywall now) how ridiculously overcomplicated!  And if you really like my design, through me bone for a coffee or a beer (the link is above). ;)
