I have a bin of Allen wrenches collected from various projects over the years. I decided to build this so I could identify their sizes and makes them easily accessible from my pegboard.

OpenSCAD files are included for both the horizontal shelf and vertical layout. All you need to do is modify the array of sizes and render. Everything else (e.g. sizing, labels, etc) is automatic. If you want to make a block of all 1/4" sizes, or drop the SAE sizes altogether and do metric only, it is a simple modification in the code (basically comment out what you don't want).

By default I add 0.4 mm of wiggle room to each hole, which allows the wrenches to slide in and out easily, but its also still accurate to 1/64 of an inch, so you can be confident that you've identified the right size for your tool.

I made the horizontal shelf version first but ultimately decided to redo it as the vertical one where the wrenches stick out at a 30 degree angle. Both models work fine, its a matter of preference.
