Get your personalized Spotify code from https://spotifycodes.com/ and export it as svg. Import it into your favorite cad tool(even Tinkercad works) and place it on the tag attached.

Unfortunately, there isn't an easy way to get a “parameter” text where you can just enter your name and the Spotify code image. Use the uploaded stl as a guide for dimensions and make your own name tag!
