Update: I re-did the whole remixing in OnShape, the first one is made in tinkercad which is kinda jank.

This model now should fit any kind of pi without having to cut off the IO part,
The BigTreeTech Pi should also mount with 3 screws.

This is a remix of a model on Thingiverse if you want to see the original model see this link

if you need a screen mount see the design I made here

PRINT Settings

  • Turn Support on (I use Tree/Organic, normal supports works too.)
  • 100% infill
  • ABS filament is recommended because PLA or even PETG might deform because of the heat generated by the mainboard and raspberry pi and the enclosed environment if your printer is in an enclosure

(Update: ABS is a must, I have my PETG case deform with the stress from the cables, screws and the heat)

BOM

  • 12 M5x8 Bolts
  • 12 M5 T Nuts
  • 3A Buck Converter
  • Fans
  • Screws and Nuts for your fans
  • Raspberry Pi

!!!CAREFUL
When you are done printing and removing supports, be very careful on the Mainboard side. There is a 5th screw that is buried in the support material so just be careful that you don't rip it off. Won't be the end of the world if you do, that side of the mainboard just won't be supported.
