This is a LED Power Supply mount for 2060 aluminum extrusion. I designed this part to be used with OpenBuilds Aluminum Extrusion
I built a workbench out of aluminum extrusion and I needed a mount to hold a power supply for my LED lights. I made this in 2 parts, the small mount bolts to the power supply and rests in the track of the extrusion with a lip. The large mount bolts to the power supply and then also bolts to the aluminum extrusion with 2 x M5 8mm bolts and 2 x tee nuts.
On the large mount, I've added an opening for an IEC power inlet and a holder for a 3-way Wago connecter. The Wago connecter is necessary if you plan on using a switch to control the LEDs. I've also added an opening beside the Wago housing for wires to exit into the extrusion track to keep things tidy.
The power supply requires 4 x M3 12mm bolts to attach to the mounts. The IEC Inlet require 2 x M3 12mm bolts and 2 x M3 nuts.
This was my first time using a Voronoi editor in my designs. My main objective was to create better airflow for the power supply and to give the mount a bit of 'spice'.

I printed the parts out of Easy PC CPE. 0.4 nozzle and 0.2 layer height. I used supports only for the small mount. The voronoi pattern came out fine on both parts without.
This pairs well with my Rocker Switch and 2020 Rail Clips
