Headphone Holder for Ikea Galant desk

This is a simple headphone holder for older Ikea Galant desks.

This holder is designed as an insert into the frame. At the bottom is a hole for screwing in a 3,5 x 25 woodscrew to fixate it through the existing hole of the frame (washer needed).

The insert is 27mm wide and 28mm in height. You should check the dimensions of your frame. For me this is a lose fit at the beginning but for the last two centimeter it is pressfit and sits there firmly now even without the additional screw. Don't know if this is normal or my frame is a little bit warped. If you want to play it safe, lower your Z-height by 1mm in the slicer.
