Updated Prop Assembly For Birds Scarer

The Bird Scare seemed like a fun project.  However I hit a wall with the type of materials I was using (PTEG) and the configurations I was using to actually print a viable prop assembly.  I modified the prop assembly so that the slots are 90 degrees and updated the prop to incorporate a 45 degree twist.  I believe it works as well as the original, just a little easier for me to print.
