Fridge magnet with multiple legs.
You need 3 neodymium magnets (5x1mm).

It reminds a bit to the monster of the second season of Stranger Things (hence the name), but it is the application of a technique that for years can be used in Maya with the "bridge" tool.
It allows to create bridges (linear or in this case tangent and smooth) between polygon faces. So if you start from a plane and add a bridge, and keep adding others on top of the previous ones (and so on), you get this effect.
