Instructions for metal tube incorporation:

Heat up a the metal tube with a heat gun, torch or soldering iron and press onto the prongs of the arms. Once the wheel is assembled with the tubes sticking through the bearings, cut the tube away with some bolt or diagonal cutters near the bearing. The deformation from cutting will secure it in the bearing.

Leg crosspieces will require glue.
