Ender 3V2 Noctua 4020 fan mount (modded slightly)

Loved the simple and solid design that Mulilla made, but I found that the left locking tab was very delicate.  I replaced the tab with a thicker tab, without the locking knob.  The locking function isn't needed anyhow and now the tab is much more robust.

Oh, I also made the hole for the fan in the front slightly smaller - the edge of the hole seemed VERY close to the holes for the fan-retaining screws.
