Moon City 2.0

The Moon City, revisited. The differences to the original:

• Added some details, simplified others for easier printing
• More and better decals on the edges of the moon
• Fully support free, it was possible before but far easier now
• Hollowed out the central tower and made it larger, there's a hole through to the bottom for wiring LEDs
• Made it easier to print in smaller scale and added a loop for hanging as an option
• Other smaller random fixes
