E3D Revo Nozzle Holder for Prusa MINI and MINI+
Description
PDFThis is a remix of the E3D Revo Nozzle Holder by Zbyněk Ch. for the Prusa MINI and MINI+. It is functionally the same but I wanted a less round design that blends in better with the rest of the printer. I used the same chamfers and angles used in stock MINI parts.
The holder comes in several sizes to fit your needs whether you have a small or large nozzle collection. It also has a slot for a USB stick and an allen wrench.

Printing
Print the file in the original orientation (upside-down). All STL files are pre-rotated.
- Material: PLA, PETG, etc
- Extrusion width: 0.45mm
- Layer height: 0.2mm
- Perimeters: 3-4
- Infill: 15%
- Supports: No
- Brim: Maybe for the taller versions
Assembly
Insert the M3x8mm screw into mounting hole hidden inside the top nozzle slot. Use the T-Nut to mount it onto the 3030 extrusion. Do not over-tighten the screw. The part doesn't have to hold a lot of weight.
