Magnetic Double side Window cleaner

Print 

4 parts  — time around 2-3h 

• 1×Grip
• 1× HB 
• 2× Clip (use PET-G)

(2× Grip (weaker) or 2×HB (stronger) would also work

Used Magnets

 5× 40×10×5 - The script allows changes.  ( BIG Version main Magnets 40×10×10 or stack two)

• 2 for the Grip
• 3 for the Halbach array

Post print

press the magnets gently into.

• soak in warm water if to tight
• use glue if too loose

opposing orientation as shown. 

with an optional 3rd for halbach configuration to shift field 

increased strength through the window and weakened outside were it is not wanted.

Cleaning

Put a folded toilet/kitchen paper  or a piece of cotton on the closed side and press the clip edge after edge into the groove to keep in place - the open corner is clipped last.

Now wet with window cleaner or soap water. 

Place the outside on the window (or hang via string) and connect the grip from inside. 

Turn so the magnets are horizontal and move up down. Don't move lengthwise - turn instead as magnetic attraction is weaker in longitudinal movements and can cause easily misalignment.

After wetting the window and removing dirt - replace the sheets with dry and clean ones and repeat.

Safety 

Connect a string via the holes between both parts so the outside part is caught if the inside is lifted accidently.

If using the BIG version there is much more magnetic power ~ 20× increase - ONLY use on thick tripple insulation windows, start with only the 4 outside magnets (8× increased power) omitting the center magnets - add more only if adhesion is not enough. 

THE BIG VERSION IS NOT TESTED - BE CAREFULL!
