Prusa MK3S noise cancelling tweaks

I found 3 places from where vibration/noise comes from. 

-one is the Y axis stepper, which is very close to the bottom plate, and at certain frequencies it starts to make noise.

The other two places are at the display.

-there is a small gap between the display and the cover

-the two circuit board can also wobble over each other

I printed these parts out of TPE with a 85A hardness, a very rubbery material. It is so soft that a Prusa I3 MK3S could not even handle it. I've never got through the initial layer before any trouble, unfortunately. I printed them on an Artillery Genius.
