Creality Ender 3 Z-knob - longer

A remix of the Z knob for easy manipulation of the Z position as well as Z rod movement observation.

I made the knob a bit longer, so it would protrude above the top bar. Useful in itself for easier reach, but I made it primarily to be compatible with my filament guide https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3095575
