MakeSmith CNC gear stack

This is a 3d printable file for the MakeSmith CNC gear stack assembly which would otherwise be made of 3 pieces of acrylic glued together.

The "Gear Stack" file represents the part as visioned by the MakeSmith team.

I was ask to make the part with a hole slightly smaller than 1/4" so I present to you the following parts.

The "Gear Stack 7_32 hole" file represents the part with a 7/32" hole instead of a space for a 1/4-20 nut.

The "Gear Stack 15_64 hole" file represents the part with a 15/64" hole instead of a space for a 1/4-20 nut.

Instructions

I recommend printing it with support turned on and about 30% infill with 3 layer walls.

Insert a 1/4-20 nut into provided slot and super glue into place.
