MMU inlet PTFE tube holder

Numbered MMU filament PFTE tube holder. Needs passthrough PTFE fittings "PC4-M6".
Also needs tapping, there are no threads printed. 

(Also note that it can be impossible to push tube in backwards through the fitting.)
