Replacement foot for a Wilson Jones "Hammer" hole punch. This punch is at least 30 years old and weighs five pounds. I was down to only one of the original rubber feet and it was scraping up any desk that I put it on.

These first feet are printed in PLA and fit snuggly. There is a slight taper to the base so they wedge themselves in and don't fall out. They slide on the desk easily and provide no grip. My next step is get some TPU and print gripper non-slip foot pads.

I printed at .2mm layer height and 20% infill on a Prusa i3 Mk3.

Update I also printed them out in flexible filament on a MK3S. I had to print out at least 2 at a time or else the upper layers didn't have enough time to cool and the whole upper part would collapse in on itself. Also Flex filament came out slightly smaller so I scaled XY by 105% in PrusaSlicer
