PDFMy first "experiment" learning Fusion 360. Simple needle file handle.
Printed using a skirt, open end down. Depending upon the diameter of the needle file (Mine are cheap and vary widely) you might have to enlarge opening - either by remixing or drilling out after printing.
If handle opens in slicer incredibly small, increase scale by 2540%.
